Growing local agency focused on re-energizing brands gets a boost in digital, wooing Marketing thought leader back to the Dayton Region.

Wilson, a Dayton-based agency focused on repositioning mature brands for new growth, recently hired Shana Lloyd as Digital Strategist to drive agency and client innovation within digital ecosystems. Shana brings to Wilson over 12 years of Marketing / Brand Strategy with a specific focus on digital within a myriad of industries. Most recently, Shana worked as Digital Marketing Manager for La Senza, a global retailer part of the L Brands umbrella of mega brands headquartered in Columbus, OH. She is an award winning Marketing professional with a track record of inspiring and rejuvenating thinking, facilitating both the application of business basics & traditional marketing principles that enable successful digital strategies.

Shana’s background in rebranding pairs nicely with Wilson’s focus on re-energizing mature brands. In this new role, she will lead innovative thinking in digital for both internal marketing efforts, new business initiatives and for Wilson’s clients, working closely with Wilson leadership, account services, web development and design teams to build robust integrated marketing strategies.

Shana studied Digital & Mobile Advertising at New York University School of Professional Studies. In 2011, she was named one of Dayton’s Top 25 Women to Watch by WIBN and was a 2015 Best Social Media Rep Honoree by AAF-Dayton. She and her husband are excited to be back in Dayton, residing downtown and are passionate about the region’s growth, all things outdoors, photography, traveling and their two fur kids.
